There is a regular walk around Virginia Water Lake, Windsor Great Park on the last Thursday of every month. A leisurely walk of 4.5 miles around the lake and starts at 10:30am by the café, normally about one and a half hours .
The car park is off the A30. There are usually parking spaces along the A30 but if these are full the car park is £1.50 per hour. There are toilets at the start and half way around the walk and refreshments are available at the café at the end of the walk or bring your own. Come and join us on the last Thursday of the month. Over 60's in the Sunninghill, Sunningdale and Ascot area are welcome to visit the Darby & Joan Club meetings. Twice a month on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm in the lounge of Crown Hill Court we enjoy a range of entertainments for a small social gathering. Raffle and refreshments available.
