• Beginners / Refreshers - Saturday 9.30-10.30am. Turn up and pay to play. For anyone returning to play after a long break or taking up tennis for the first time. Game based learning is used to emphasise basic ground strokes, volley, smash, and serve techniques. Non members may pay to attend 6 sessions to check tennis is for them before joining the club.
• Match Players - Saturday 10.30-11.30am. Turn up and pay to play. Intended for players who want to gain consistency, tactical knowledge, and proficiency. These sessions teach all areas of tennis including match strategy, with game based sessions, drills, and analysis.

In normal times, the Royal Ascot Tennis Club holds Match practice sessions for team players on Monday evenings 6-8.30pm
